Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders that have already been processed or fulfilled cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@benskyacht.com with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

For subscription or pre-order purchases, cancellations must be requested before the next billing or fulfillment cycle. Once a cycle has begun, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current period.
