Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Are Final — No Exceptions
Been Ski operates on a made-to-order model. Every shirt is produced specifically for you after the pre-order window closes. We do not carry excess inventory. We do not restock. Because of this, all sales are final with no exceptions for size, fit, color preference, or change of mind.
A size chart is available on every product page. It is your responsibility to review it before placing your order. If you are between sizes, size up. Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind every shirt we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@benskyacht.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Valid claims will be resolved with a replacement or full refund at our discretion. Claims submitted after 7 days will not be honored.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation by emailing info@benskyacht.com with your order number in the subject line. After 24 hours your order is locked into production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. No exceptions.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons not covered under our damaged or defective policy is considered a violation of our purchase agreement. We document and respond to all disputes with full order records, shipping confirmation, and policy acknowledgment at checkout. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested.
Shipping and Delivery
Been Ski is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, or customs holds on international orders. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Been Ski's responsibility ends. If your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation, contact us and we will open a carrier claim on your behalf.
Address Errors
Double check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error contact us immediately at info@benskyacht.com. We will attempt to correct it before the order ships. If the order has already shipped to an incorrect address, Been Ski is not liable for the loss.
