Refund policy

At Been Ski, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Digital downloads, custom/personalized orders, and final sale items.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Email info@benskyacht.com to arrange.

Shipping Returns: Contact info@benskyacht.com first for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and non-refundable.
