Shipping

All Been Ski orders are pre-order only. Shirts are produced after the order window closes and ship within 2 to 3 weeks from the close date.

We ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times vary by carrier and location but typically run 3 to 7 business days after the ship date.

Been Ski is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or customs holds. Please double check your shipping address before completing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Because every shirt is made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit preference, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us at info@benskyacht.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

We do not offer refunds for orders delayed by the carrier or lost in transit, but we will work with you to resolve the issue.
