Pre-Order FAQ

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order lets you secure your shirt before it goes to production. We collect orders during the window, then send the exact count to our printer. Your order is guaranteed — we don't print extras.

When does the pre-order window close?

The window is open for 72 hours only. Once it closes it's done. There are no extensions, no restocks, and no exceptions.

When will my shirt ship?

Pre-orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks after the window closes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

Order changes and cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@benskyacht.com. After 24 hours your order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

What if my size sells out?

Sizes don't sell out during the pre-order window — every order placed before the window closes is fulfilled. If you miss the window entirely, that size and that design are gone for good.

Will this design come back?

No. Every Been Ski drop is limited and exclusive to its window. Once the window closes the design is retired. No reprints, no restocks.

What sizes are available?

All three shirts are available in S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. See the size chart in each product listing for exact measurements.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Because every shirt is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. See our full policy below.
